Opis

Set on the third floor of a newly built luxury residential building in Vračar, this 138 sq m, three-bedroom apartment pairs a generous open-plan living area with the warmth of timber and brown leather. Panelled doors lend a classical note, while clean surfaces and black lighting fixtures bring a contemporary edge. The living room flows into the dining area and kitchen, where an island provides a more informal place to sit. Substantial leather seating anchors the room, balanced by pale cabinetry and softly illuminated shelving. The result is a welcoming setting with ample room for both everyday life and entertaining. The principal bedroom is furnished and includes an en-suite bathroom and dressing area. Two further bedrooms will be furnished in consultation with the tenants and share a second bathroom. A separate guest WC and built-in storage complete the layout. New and previously unoccupied, the apartment is in a building with lift access. A parking space on the first basement level. Generous shared spaces give the home its sociable character, while the opportunity to tailor the remaining bedrooms allows it to settle naturally around its future residents.
