All of the windows, which face both towards the street and the backyard, look onto the green canopy of the surrounding trees. The bedroomslook out onto the miniature park behind the building and are therefore very quiet. On either side, it feels like the apartment is tucked into the greenery! The apartment is located on the second floor of a small and peaceful building (with an elevator), which is situated in Vračar – one of the best neighborhoods of Belgrade. It is next to Kalenić pijaca, and just a few minutes of walk away from the Church of St. Sava as well as about 15 minutes of leisurely walk to the historical center. The neighborhood itself enjoys the best open air market, a variety of cafés that work well until midnight, a multitude of bakeries and restaurants with shady gardens, as well as supermarkets which work 24/7. Vračar is also home to and close to many museums and cultural centers. The amenities are not included in the price. A parking space is available but is charged separately. Pet friendly, deposit in amount of the monthly rent is mandatory.
