4 apartment — Opština Novi Beograd, Blok 65, WEST 65

Description

On eliminiše. 2 garazna mesta * * It is not for everyone. And it does not try to be. This penthouse in the West 65 complex does not offer the illusion of luxury, but its stripped, essential face. Seventy square meters of terrace is not a space for parties or floral furniture, but for silence that carries weight, for a view that does not yield and does not forgive. The horizon is not adorned - it is conquered. Inside, decoration is rejected as weakness. Marble in the bathroom coldly refuses banality, the kitchen stands as a sculpture that needs no validation. Light in the living room is not romantic - it is brutally honest, exposing proportions, underlining lines, testing your taste. This is not an apartment for collectors of square meters, nor for those who believe luxury means gilded edges and furniture that shouts. This is a space for the few, for those who know the difference between substance and scenography. For those who measure power in stillness. Penthouse West 65 does not seduce. It eliminates. If it has to convince you- it is not yours. 2 garages
